Doug is a key architect of Intrepid’s business acceleration program. Doug is also a much sought-after advisor and confidant to business leaders.
Lisa Shepherd is the founder of Mezzanine Consulting, a market research and marketing consulting firm, and a key Intrepid Partner. Lisa is a frequent public speaker on trends and best practices in marketing, including practical approaches to identifying new markets and assessing growth opportunities.
Chris Cawston is the Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Connections Inc., a fast growing Intrepid client and investee company. Prior to joining Strategic Connections, Chris was President of Magicuts & Premier Salons, which he grew to over $300 million in annual revenue. In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Chris also has significant corporate and consulting experience.
Rick is a former senior executive at American Express (both U.S. and Canada) and the Royal Bank of Canada. He was also a Director of Amex Bank of Canada, and played instrumental role in its creation.
Rick presently advises and consults with both large and small companies in the areas of strategic planning, leadership development, sales management and compensation design and general business process improvement. In addition to sharing his functional and general business expertise, Rick also provides mentorship to the senior executives of Intrepid’s portfolio companies.
