July 6, 2009, Toronto, ON – Intrepid Equity Finance Ltd. today announced the acquisition of Streamlogics Inc. by Thomson Reuters. Intrepid Equity is the manager of Intrepid Business Acceleration Fund LP, an equity investor in Streamlogics.
Streamlogics is a leading provider of webcasting applications and services in North America, with a strong presence in the financial, healthcare and technology sectors.
